John Faso (R-Kinderhook) will make his second public appearance in his congressional district, at a $20-admission small business forum Feb. 21 in Monticello in Sullivan County. The event is at 8:30 a.m. in the back dining room of Miss Monticello Diner, 406 Broadway.
