An interview with Jon Foster, a member of the Toronto super-group, Collective Order. Their third release, “Volume Three”, came out in November of last year. “Collective Order is a collaborative recording project featuring twenty-one Jazz musicians based in Toronto [Canada]. Since forming in 2015, the band has released one album of Jazz standards and two albums consisting of all-original compositions. Now releasing their third album, the band has undoubtedly developed a distinct aesthetic centered around a shared creative process.” A show featuring jazz and other improvisational music from local, regional, worldwide and world-class artists, and connecting listeners with the people and places presenting in the area.
