Michael Davis, a senior at Cairo-Durham High-School, made this Main Street document during his summer 2009 employment with WGXC. WGXC: Hands on Radio is a community-run radio station and media project that re-envisions radio as an innovative platform for local participation. WGXC is a project of free103point9, a non-profit arts organization focused on Transmission Arts, or artists that use the radio spectrum in their work.
