Congress is out for a five-week vacation until September, and Congressman Chris Gibson (R-Kinderhook) returned to his district Sat., Aug. 3 with appearances at parades and festivals in Jeffersonville, Coxsackie, and Phoenica, and a noon appearance Sun., Aug. 4 at the Otsego County Fair. Monday Gibson hosts a resources fair for seniors and caregivers Mon., Aug. 5 in Lake Katrine in Ulster County. Gibson hosts the fair from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 5 at the Russell Brott Senior Center, 1 Town Hall Drive, in Lake Katrine.
