The Affordable Housing Partnership has been at the Capital Region since 1989, it started as a lending organization. Louise McNeilly talks to HMM how overtime the AHP has changed and focused into closing the racial wealth gap assisting future homebuyers access resources and education for successful homeownership, helping protect the environment making accessible energy efficient improvements for homeowners and helping build stronger neighborhoods in the Capital Region.
