Blending words and sounds, bringing to the airwaves live performances as well as field and studio recordings by writers the host has crossed paths with over the course of a quarter century.

Sharon Mesmer writes poetry, fiction, and essays. She is the author of numerous books, including "Greetings From My Girlie Leisure Place," "Annoying Diabetic Bitch," and "The Virgin Formica." She is known for her work with the Unbearables Collective in New York, and with Flarf. She lives in Brooklyn and teaches at NYU.
