Amanda Purcell reports for Columbia-Greene Media that the Hudson Common Council may vote at 7 p.m. Aug. 12 to create a two-and-a-half acre dog park at the former Foster Refrigerator Corporation site at the corner of Second and Dock streets. This site has an added advantage. “The Empire State Trail is beginning construction this week on their trailhead which is adjacent to the property,” Department of Public Works Superintendent Rob Perry said.
