A live broadcast of Phil Kline's Unsilent night, which returns to Hudson for its third year in partnership with Wave Farm. Led by Phil Kline himself, participants gather at Hudson's Public Square at Warren and Seventh Street and march to Hudson's Promenade for the parade's culmination. As in 2017, participants can expect a route that engages Hudson's lesser traveled alleys and enclaves, and to come away with a new experience of the city's historic streetscape.
