Music from around the world is featured. Bringing the audience into the realm of other cultures through music, hopefully expanding empathy for the “other,” and recognizing that “other” in ourselves. There are similarities and major differences between Bali and Java and within Java there are also many variations. Today we sample more music from the ongoing series, "Music of Central Java".
