The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook in the Mid-Hudson Valley and the greater Capital District, for Fri., May 16. Moderate to heavy rain showers and scattered non-severe thunderstorms will occur during the day, into Friday night. This rainfall may lead to ponding of water on roadways, as well as minor flooding of poor drainage, urban and low-lying areas.
