Taghkanic Neighbors posted this video of the last ten minutes of the October 6, 2010 meeting of the Taghkanic Town Council. Supervisor Betty Young had intended this to be an "executive session" because of a "personnel" issue, as she says as the video begins. Watch video to see what the town board thought they needed to keep out of public view about issues about the town's highway department.
