News10 Albany looks to the counties in New York that received the most precipitation from September 2022 to August 2023, and Columbia County came in sixth place. Columbia County saw 50.5 inches or precipitation in the past year, ten inches above average. Albany County had 45.6 inches of precipitation, 8.3 inches above average. Rensselaer County had 47.3 inches, eight inches above average. Ulster County saw 55.2 inches, 7.9 inches above average. Greene County had 48.4 inches, 5.6 inches above average.
