Cairo Town Supervisor Ted Banta, artist Iza Trapani, members of the town board, and other local officials were on hand Wed. July 4 to start holiday activities in the park and dedicate the new sign and playground equipment in "Three Bears Picnic Area." Banta was elected in November, and is improving Angelo Canna Park nearby the new library, and down the street from where construction began recently on a new grocery store plaza.[caption id="attachment_20465" align="alignright" width="224"] Cairo Town Supervisor Ted Banta.
