Meanwhile, the state Siting Board will likely either approve or reject the proposed solar farm in August, according to Patrick Doyle from Flint Mine Solar. Planning board member William Whitbeck downplayed the ruling. “These are minor subdivisions — the process is pretty simple,” Whitbeck said. “We are talking about a public hearing.
