Matthew Hamilton reports in Capitol Confidential that Rep. John Faso (R-Kinderhook) believes that humans have affected the earth's climate. Faso and Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-Essex County) on March 15 joined a House resolution that says humans have had an impact on climate change. Stefanik and former Rep. Chris Gibson previously signed a similar resolution in 2015.
