Catskill to hire part-time administrator

Jim Planck reports in The Daily Mail the Town of Catskill is hiring a part-time administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of town government. The Town Board gave the green light for the search, Wed., Jan. 2. Officials said funding for the job was included in the town's 2013 budget. The members also chose not to appoint a new councilman to join their ranks. The fifth seat was left vacant following the election of Kevin Lennon to the county Legislature.
