Interview with David Dorpfeld, the Greene County Historian, who has spent more than half of his life learning about the county's notable figures and events. Born in Catskill, he has spent more than half of his life learning about the county's notable figures and events. He is the author of Legendary Locals of Greene County, published in 2014. In this broadcast, we'll hear about David's work as county historian and also about several events commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Village of Coxsackie.

Dedicated to the history of Greene County, its notable people and places and the Hudson River, the show features interviews with local historians, longtime residents with stories to tell, and archival recorded material.
