Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday morning at 2 a.m., where time stands still for an hour. The Eastern Time Zone heads back to -5 UTC on Sunday. Don't forget to turn back your clocks one hour Sun., Nov. 2. According to Wikipedia, "The New Zealander George Vernon Hudson proposed the modern idea of daylight saving in 1895.
