Matthew Hamilton in Capitol Confidential reports that a man who days ago committed suicide and was under investigation for fraud won an election to go back to the State Assembly on Sept. 13. Republican Assemblyman Bill Nojay won the primary election against the live Rick Milne, the mayor of Honeoye Falls, but, because Nojay is dead, he will not face Democrat Barbara Baer in November.
