Cairo-Durham puts agreement out to bid

Susan Campriello writes in The Daily Mail Tom Rogers Auto Service of Cairo has inked a temporary, 30-day contract with the Cairo-Durham Central School District to maintain the district's fleet of buses, while officials put the full-year maintenance agreement out to bid. Last week, the Cairo-Durham Board of Education reversed its June decision to enter into a one-year intermunicipal agreement with the Greenville Central School District for bus maintenance services, Questions were raised over the actual savings associated with the new arrangement.
