Ayla Ferrone reports for News10 in Albany that Rensselaer District Attorney Joel Abelove will stay in office despite being indicted Dec. 1 for felony perjury and two counts of official misconduct. Abelove was investigated by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for his handling of an April 2016 fatal police-involved shooting in Troy.
