Jul 26, 2017 7:15 am

Matthew Hamilton reported at Capitol Confidential Gov. Andrew Cuomo Tue., Jul. 25, signed into law a bill that bans the use of electronic cigarettes on school grounds. In addition to banning e-cigarettes from school property, e-cigarettes are also prohibited on buses and other vehicles that transport children or school employees.
