Brian Hubert reports in the Daily Freeman that Bartek Starodaj, Kingston's director of housing initiatives, said on Feb. 29 that 90 new housing units of all types have been approved in six months under the city’s new form-based zoning code. He said, “It’s about a three percent growth rate annually, and we think that’s attainable." Read more about this story in the Daily Freeman.
