The Daily Freeman is reporting two municipalities in the Hudson Valley will be enforcing Halloween curfews, Tue., Oct. 31. The city of Kingston’s curfew on Tuesday at 8 p.m. for children ages 16 and younger who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian. The village of Catskill also has an 8 p.m. curfew, for those under the age of 18, unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
