Faso votes against making Trump tax returns public

Feb 28, 2017 12:07 am
U.S. Rep. John Faso (R-Kinderhook) voted with other House Republicans against a motion making the president's tax returns public. The measure came from a Democrat on the House Ways and Means Committee, which is allowed to access any tax returns. The president has said he will not release his tax returns while he is undergoing an audit. The measure was voted down 229-185, strictly on party lines.
