Casey Seiler in The Albany Times-Union reports that the Rev. Franklin Graham will speak at noon Aug. 25 in West Capitol Park in Albany, and so will protesters. There's a Facebook group organizing opposition to the son of Billy Graham, who is being called a, "noted Islamophobe and anti-LGBT speaker." The Capitol District Coalition Against Islamophobia, the Capitol District Council of Churches, the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Albany, Grannies for Peace, and Women Against War, are among the group's protesting.
