Roy Brown will not run in November

John Mason is reporting in the Register Star Germantown Supervisor Roy Brown announced Mon., Jan. 21, he will not seek re-election in November. Brown, 55, cited his belief in term limits as the reason behind the decision. The two-term Republican served as chairman of the county Board of Supervisors in 2010 and 2011. Brown said he’d had a “good run,” and had a lot of fun doing so, with some trying times as well. No word yet on potential candidates to replace him. Read the full story in the Register Star.
