The Town of Ghent Zoning Board of Appeals holds a Public Hearing to consider the following: Request for a Use Variance by Philip DiSorbo, 1362 County Route 22, Ghent to erect a garage 24’ x 26’ for personal use within the 10’ side setback requirement; and a request for a Use Variance by Leslie Anders, Ben Ganson Road, Ghent to erect a 9’ boundary fence which is in violation of the Town Zoning Code (190-31).
