Annual Athens Victorian Stroll. Festivities start at 1 p.m. at the Athens Cultural Center, 24 Second St., and ending with caroling, a tree lighting, and holiday bonfire at the Riverfront Park at 5 p.m. With a Community Band concert, many open houses, bell ringers, a horse-drawn trolley, ice sculpture, and other activities.
