There will be a special Town of Ghent Planning Board meeting, at which meeting the Planning Board will consider the application of the Nature Institute for a special permit and site plan approval for premises located at Mayhill Road in the Town of Ghent, New York, and at which time the Town of Ghent Planning Board will also consider the application of Chatham Associates of Albany, L.P. for the construction of a new Price Chopper Supermarket on premises located at Route 66 in the Town of Ghent, including the application for subdivision approval and site plan approval in connection with said project. The Town of Ghent Planning Board will conduct a public hearing in connection with the application for subdivision and site plan approval of Chatham Associates of Albany, L.P. in connection with said Price Chopper project, to be held at 7:30 p.m., at which time the public may attend and provide comment regarding the issues relating to subdivision and site plan approval. At said special meeting, the Town of Ghent Planning Board may take whatever action it deems to be appropriate with respect to these two projects.
