Public hearing to introduce Local Law #4 of 2015. A local law to amend Section 152-13 of the Village Code to add the following language to Section 3-Amendments: A. "Effective 1/01/16, any account that has an unpaid water bill that goes to the tax roll will incur a penalty of $100 or 20% of the amount re-levied, whichever is higher." B. "Shutoffs will be in compliance with all state and federal regulations." C. "Effective 1/01/16, any working meter, that is determined to be accessible to read, that has to be estimated, will incur a $25.00 fee for each quarterly occurrence to that account. Failure to provide a yearly meter reading or failure to provide access to meter reader on a mutually agreeable time will result in an additional $50.00 fee to that account."
