Mountain Top Advocacy Coalition hosts a screening of the documentary film "Smacked!" This film about the opioid crisis in Otsego and Delaware counties looks at the issue of addiction and recovery in rural communities. Following the film, there will be a panel discussion composed of people who appear in the film, along with the director/producer, local folks in recovery, and experts in the field. Time will be allowed for a Q&A.
