All are welcome to Taconic Toastmasters an Open House. Taconic Toastmasters is part of Toastmasters International, a worldwide nonprofit educational organization that helps individuals develop and improve their public speaking and leadership skills through local club meetings that offer practice, evaluation and mentoring in a supportive, positive environment. The Open House offers a chance to meet Taconic Toastmasters members, hear a guest speaker and see a mini-meeting with impromptu speaking, and a prepared talk. Refreshments will be served.
