The public is invited to attend a presentation on the proposed $32.35 million Pine Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The plans will be presented by Columbia County Department of Works Commissioner David Robinson and the project architects. The presentation will be made at 3 p.m. at the Pine Haven facility, located at 201 Main St., Philmont, and later, at 7 p.m., in the Philmont Village Hall at 124 Main St. The event was organized by the Columbia County Board of Supervisors Pine Haven subcommittee.
