A public hearing by the Town Board of the Town of Athens to hear all interested persons on a proposed local law entitled "A Local Law Amending Chapter 159 of the Code of the Town of Athens Entitled 'Taxation' in its Entirety." The purpose of this Local Law is to change the existing chapter's language and to update the Town tax exemption values. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town Hall.
