Join us for the first ever Dewey Hall Dahlia Festival including workshop/s and a home grown dahlia bloom contest.The event will be preceded on Saturday, September 16 with a floral demonstration by Ariella Chezar. On September 17th activities will include a prize for the best garden hat, a flower crown workshop, raffle prizes, and an auction for Ariella’s arrangment/s from the demonstration the night before. Sandwiches, salads, and flowery cocktails and beverages will be available for sale. Additional activities may be added so stay tuned for updates. Doors Open at noon; Dahlia Contest entrants must bring blooms between 9am and 10am, (Dahlia Contest winners will be announced around 3:15pm) Free to attend.
