Help Us Bring Free, Adult, English Classes to Catskill in 2019. Literacy Connections of the Hudson Valley is recruiting a team of volunteers to conduct a free, adult, English as Another Language, drop-in class at the Catskill Community Center on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 pm. No previous teaching experience is necessary! New volunteers are required to attend a free orientation session, and complete the online training modules. Trained volunteers are provided ongoing support as they work with students and classes. A new volunteer orientation will be held at the Catskill Community Center, 344 Main Street Catskill, on Tuesday, January 8th from 6 – 8 pm.
