Public hearing to consider proposed Local Law No. 4 of the year 2014, which would amend the Town of Ghent Zoning Code, Chapter 190, Attachment 5:2, Appendix E to include a maximum building height in the BIC, BC, and LC/B zones of 35 feet or as otherwise required by the Federal Aviation Administration. A full copy of the proposed Local Law may be obtained from the Ghent Town Clerk during normal business hours.
