Local nutritionist Betsy Cashen will teach you how to navigate the grocery aisles and the farmers markets and make informed choices about what your family eats. This workshop will educate about the wonders and the pitfalls in the modern food supply. We will also have a hands-on demonstration of making traditional, fermented sauerkraut.
