Brenda Coultas is the author of The Marvelous Bones of Time (2008) and A Handmade Museum (2003) from Coffee House Press, which won the Norma Farber Award from The Poetry Society of America, and a Greenwall Fund publishing grant from the Academy of American Poets. She has received a New York Foundation for the Arts fellowship (NYFA) and a Lower Manhattan Cultural Council residency (LMCC). Coultas recently served as visiting poet at Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York.
Christopher Stackhouse is author of a chapbook of poems "Slip" (Corollary Press, 2005); and co-author of the collaborative book "Seismosis" (1913 press, 2006), which features his drawings in philosophical discourse with text by co-author poet/fiction writer John Keene. He has a book of poems forthcoming in 2011 from Counterpath Press (Denver, CO); and a book of collected prose forthcoming in 2011 from Sandpaper Press (Key West, FL).
Lynne Tillman's most recent novel is American Genius, A Comedy; her most recent collection of stories, This Is Not It. She writes novels, stories, essays, and has begun work on her next novel, provisionally titled, Clouds and Apparitions, which she plans to finish within her lifetime. In early 2011, Red Lemonade, a new press, will publish a new collection of her short stories, which is titled, Someday this Will Be Funny. She is the fiction editor of Fence magazine and teaches at UAlbany.
