The third public hearing on the proposed gas station at the corner of Routes 23/82/9/9H in Livingston. During the last hearing, a hydro-geologist made the case that wetlands leading to the Hudson River would be severely impacted and Livingston’s aquifer would be compromised if this project goes forward. Advocates opposing the construction, including Livingston Concerned Citizens, are asking the Livingston Planning Board to issue a positive declaration and prepare an environmental impact statement.
