This fall, our women’s walking group with wellness coach Angelica Rogers will meet at the Hudson Area Library at 9:30am. Together we will walk a generous loop around the city, getting to know one another, exchanging stories and gaining friendship in the community. As we circle back to our beginning point, we’ll stop by the farmer’s market where you’ll be able to pick up fresh produce, swap recipe ideas, and feel inspired for your week ahead. Children are welcome to come along.
