Fourth installment of the Carey Institute's Pleasures of the Palate series. The program will begin with a presentation of edible wild mushroom identification, and participants will be served a brunch showcasing a menu of wild mushrooms and complimentary foods. The afternoon session includes a two-hour walk in Partridge Run State Forest with a collection demonstration for culinary use. Information at careyinstitute.org.
