Join host Cheryl K. for an interview with media-maker, organizer and activist-scholar Cory Fischer-Hoffman who hosts the Prison Voices Project on WGXC. The Prison Voices Project strives to build communication about the prison system in Greene and Columbia Counties through the use of radio, art, culture and personal narrative. Also that evening at 7pm at the Hudson studio, Fischer-Hoffman will facilitate a volunteer letter-writing night to respond to the dozens of letters received (some addressed to The Jazz Disturbance) by the Prison Voices Project from individuals incarcerated throughout the state of New York.throughout the state of New York.
