There will be a Public Hearing before the Town of New Baltimore Zoning Board of Appeals for the five Variance Applications submitted by the Hannacroix Solar Facility, LLC to allow for the construction of a five megawatt solar facility on leased parcels located between New York State Thruway and CSX Railroad to be accessed from Railroad Avenue, a private road located in the Town.
