The Greene County Council on the Arts is accepting registration for its children's arts program, "Sprouts." Free to children ages 3 to 7, the program has openings at the following locations: Durham Elementary School (July 21 to 25), Scott M. Ellis Elementary School in Greenville (July 28 to Aug. 1), Hunter Mountain Learning Center (Aug. 4 to 8) and Catskill Community Center (Aug. 11 to 15). Sprouts teachers are professional artists.
