The Town of Athens Planning Board holds a public hearing to review the Site Plan and Special Use Permit application submitted by Primax Properties, LLC, to construct a Dollar General retail store at 9718 State Route 9W, Athens, NY; Tax Map #104.00-5-20. All members of the public are welcome to attend this hearing to voice their opinion. Correspondence received prior to the meeting will also be reviewed for consideration. A regular meeting of the Town of Athens Planning Board will be held immediately following the public hearing.
