Claverack resident Eric Fraser is a renowned bansuri player – a kind of Indian wooden flute. After learning, and living with, a teacher in Calcutta, he returned to the US, where he co-founded a collective that is dedicated to sharing the wonders and subtleties of Indian music with diverse cultures.
