The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ghent holds a Public Hearing to consider the following: An Area Variance by Pietro Russino, 97 Quinn Lane, Ghent, to erect a boundary fence within the set back allowance which is in violation of the Town Zoning Code (190.2)
