First, we'll hear from Dawn Porter, Director of TRAPPED, a new documentary on the struggle to defend the right to abortion. U.S. abortion clinics are fighting to remain open. Since 2010, 288 TRAP (Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers) laws have been passed by state legislatures. The result has been the closure of over 150 clinics, restricting the right to abortion for tens of millions of women. Then we'll hear an excerpt from an interview from January, 2016 with Sunsara Taylor, a writer for Revolution newspaper, revcom.us, and the key initiator of End Pornography and Patriarchy, the Enslavement and Degradation of Women.
